  • Steel Cut Oats

    Cooking Instruction for

    the Steel Cut Oats

    Ingredients

    • Moulamein Steel Cuts Oats
      50 g

    • Water or Milk
      2 cups

    • Garnish with your favourite
      fruit and nuts

    Prepare on Rice cooker (easy and convince)

    1. Mix 50g of Steel Cut Oats with 2 cups of water into a Rice Cooker.

    2. Press start to cook.

    3. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked , allow to cool before eating.

    Prepare on Stove

    1. Mix 50g of Steel Cut Oats with 2 cups of water into a small saucepan.

    2. Bring to a boil

    3. Reduce the heat and stir regularly for 20 minutes or until cooked.

    4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before eating. Product will thicken on cooling.

    the rolled Oats

      35 g

    • Water or Milk
      2 cups

    • Garnish with your favourite
      fruit and nuts

    Prepare on Stove

    1. Mix 35g(1/3 cup) of Rolled oats with 1 cup of water into small saucepan.

    2. Bring to a Boil.

    3. Reduce the heat and stir regularly for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.

    4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before eating. Product will thicken on cooling.

    Prepare on Microwave(1000W)

    1. Add 35g(1/3 cup) of Rolled Oats into a large microwave safe bowl to 2/3 cup of water.

    2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stir, then heat for a further 1 minutes

    3. Remove from the microwave, stir and allow to cool before eating.
